Directories are used to capture, group and share common data through an intuitive web interface. Directories vary depending on the content type relevant to that organisation or business.

For example, retail companies will have a store directory, magazines will have a subscriber directory, car hire companies will have a fleet directory and most organisations will have an internal employee directory.

Continuity can be used to aggregate and interface with any existing directory using XML. Use Continuity to update the directory directly or continue to maintain the data from within its native application.

Employee Directory

Connect directly to your organisation's directory service (LDAP) to view, manage and search for all personnel and resources within it. Display as much or as little information about the users as you choose. Be able to search by title, department or name. Find email addresses and phone numbers at the touch of a mouse button.

Connecting to your central LDAP server ensures data integrity and quality by maintaining it as a single source.
