Pulse Surveys/Quick Polls

Polls and Surveys feature set illustration - image shows quick poll question and answers being captured within Continuity CMS and then published on the front end website

Polls are very popular at the moment, gaining a quick insight into a question that your organisation might want to pose to your users.

The results are often used as a catalyst to pursue more in depth surveys/ questionnaires, or be the basis to better understand your users and their needs.

Polls are made up of a single question and a series of answers. The aim of these polls is to get a quick reply from the user, so limiting the answers ensures a better response rate, and therefore a more reliable result.

Once the user has voted, they are immediately seen the cumulative result, shown as percentages and represented graphically as a bar graph.
