Continuity comes with a Service Level Agreement (SLA) to support you once your application and website is live.

Peace of mind is provided by a dedicated support telephone number and email address during office hours.  The SLA details the commitment from us to respond to each issue within set timeframes and reports to you mean that our performance is reviewed regularly.

Different levels of SLA are available reflecting response times.  If you require a quicker response time, we will have the SLA to support this.

We’ll also check your site every month for broken links, and work with you to ensure minimum downtime and maximum performance.

The SLA includes maintenance updates to the code base of your application.  Code deploys are planned with you to fit in with your schedules, deadlines and methods of working.
